You may return items within 180 days from the invoice date for a full refund of the original purchase price. Health Journey is not responsible for return postage; any shipping charges or applied discount codes will NOT be refunded.
Partially used products may be eligible for a partial refund. If your order included multiple items, unopened items are eligible for a full refund.
Health Journey is not responsible for products that may be banned in your country or require special documentation to clear customs. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office to verify if the products and sizes you are purchasing can be cleared through customs without special import permits or prescriptions.
If for any reason your package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charges or fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return your order will not be refunded.
Orders that are abandoned by you, the shipping carrier, or your country for any reason — including, but not limited to, lack of import permits, prescriptions, or because the item is banned by your country — WILL NOT be refunded.
